Orders typically are shipped out within 24-48 business hours of submitting an order, excluding weekends.  Orders placed with a credit card can take up to 3 days to process!   EXPEDITED ORDERS PLACED AFTER 8 AM EST WILL NOT BE SHIPPED UNTIL THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY. Express packages arrive by the fourth business day after shipment, and FedEx 2-day packages arrive the second full business day after shipment. Shipments are made Monday through Friday only. There is no weekend delivery. In most cases when using Ground service, you should receive your products within 4-10 business days of purchase. Some deliveries may take longer. All items are shipped from our location in Central Florida.

NOTES:

1. Additional shipping surcharges for heavy or oversized items may apply
2. Hazardous material (HAZMAT), aerosol, and other regulated products can only be shipped via Ground service to the 48 contiguous states, where permitted
3. No products on this Web site are offered for sale or shipped where prohibited by state law

4. Please note that select products on our site ship via FedEx Ground only and cannot be delivered to PO BOXES, AFO/FPO addresses, Alaska, or Hawaii

Weight fees:

Certain products such as dog food, cat food, cat litter, and oversized or bulky items, have a shipping surcharge. Surcharges for a product are indicated on the product’s page as well as in your shipping total.

International Shipping:

We use USPS shipping for international orders. 

Returns:

We must be notified of a product return within 10 days of receipt.  Returns are gladly accepted within 30 days of receipt - notification is required.  Refunds will not be given after 30 days.  Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund to be applied.  Your satisfaction is guaranteed, so should you wish to make a return, please ship the item in its original product box and your packing slip back to us at:

For your protection, we encourage you to insure or ship your return back to us via UPS or FedEx. Return packages must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD. Even exchanges due to a product defect are shipped back to you at no additional charge. If you request a refund, your payment will be credited within 48 hours of processing your return. Please note that a refund will be given less S&H costs we incurred shipping the item to you. Please note on the packing slip why you are returning our product so that we can improve our service.
All returns are subject to a 15%  handling and restocking charges.

Damaged Product:

If anything is damaged in your order, please save the carton and packing material as well as the item. Please notify us immediately so we can instruct you on the proper handling of the item. This will ensure the quickest replacement.
